Join us for contemplative, process-oriented group movement practice open to all bodies, no experience needed, lead by a registered dance/movement therapist.
Sessions include a variety of creative group experiences like meditation, Butoh, Authentic Movement, and ecstatic dance designed to foster curiosity, personal growth, and community resilience.
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm at The Basement (541 3rd Ave; between 3rd/4th Ave under Bahn Thai)
